Medical-E receives, collects, and stores any information you enter on our website, within our mobile application "SterilSfera," or provide to us in any other way.

Website: We collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address; computer and connection information, and purchase history. We use software tools to measure and collect session information (page response times, length of visits). We also collect personal identifiable information (name, email, password, communications), payment details (credit cards), comments, and reviews.
SterilSfera Application: We collect business identification data (Company Name, VAT/Tax ID, City), contact information (Email, Mobile phone number), and technical device data (Hardware serial number, real-time connection status, and historical logs of sanitization cycles).
2. Collection Methods and Purposes
When you conduct a transaction on our site or register your device through the App, we collect the personal information you give us. Such data is used for the following purposes:
1.To provide and operate the sales and remote monitoring Services;
2.To provide ongoing assistance and technical support (including remote device diagnostics);
3.Warranty Activation: App data is transmitted via WhatsApp to our customer service for the activation of the product's legal warranty;

3.Storage and Security
Wix.com: Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which stores data on secure servers behind a firewall. Payments adhere to PCI-DSS standards.
Google Firebase: For the SterilSfera application, technical and monitoring data are securely stored via Google Firebase infrastructure. Data is protected by encryption and is accessible only through the App configured with the device serial number.
4. Application Permissions
The SterilSfera App requires access to Bluetooth and Location (GPS). These permissions are used exclusively for technical purposes: to configure the machine and allow scanning for WiFi networks. No geographical location data is tracked or stored.
5. Contacts and Communications
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot technical problems, to poll your opinions through surveys, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our User Agreement or applicable laws.
